At the end of November, I took to Instagram to ask a series of questions surrounding goal setting and self-investment. With over 100 respondents, my findings showed:
96% believe in investing in themselves
68% write down their goals
37% have a system in place to track the progress of their written goals
Only 44% of those with goal setting systems consider them effective
